Tara Road Air ltd started as a leading Air freight transport company and have expanded the operation to include same day urgent and dedicated transport to the marketplace.
Established in 2002 at east midland airport, TRA had soon out grown the warehouse facility and moved the operational HQ to Melbourne Derbyshire.
The business has continued to expand, but the present operational base has room for expansion into the forseeable future.
Our drivers undertake training as routine.
Each driver has attended an avaitation awareness and security course(Cargo Operative course formally level D).
The drivers of larger vehicles have attended a CPC course.
Our members of staff use the latest route optimisation for vehicle planning and cost savings.
All of our vehicles meet Euro 5 standard.
We are members of the Road Haulage Association and our conditions of carriage is supplied by them.
